• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

• Final Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

• Gift cards or promotional items

• Used or washed products

• Intimate or hygienic apparel (e.g., shapewear, undergarments) that has been tried on or worn

• Items returned without authorization
